Global Talk Show [2009.08.10]

Project 342! A long overdue project, finally released. This is a truly hilarious show, make sure you watch it! The ladies of Global Talk Show are really funny, and combined with our 9 girls, it’s awesome.
Just to give an idea of how much time and effort subbers put into subbing – I personally take a minimum of 10 times the length of a show, to finish editing it. So for a 1-hour long show like this and Invincible Youth, it takes a minimum of 10 hours work on my part. Out of curiosity, I asked jreddevil07 how long it takes him to translate a full episode of Invincible Youth… The answer shocked even me. He spends around 40 hours total to translate a full episode!
So assuming that the dialogue timer, screentext timer and encoder spend an average of 10 hours each on their parts… That’s a total of 80 hours spent to sub one show. Of course, the speed of subbing varies depending on the individual, but I can safely say that combined, it takes a minimum of 40 hours effort for one project. Mind boggling, isn’t it?
